1-on-1 & Group Coaching
1-on-1 Coaching option is best for privacy. Choose breathwork, Sema Kemet Yoga, Qi Gong Internal Alchemy, or a combination of two or all three to equip you with a skillset to create your own destiny for life.
1-hour Group class
1-hour class option for a one time class or series of Sema Kemet Yoga or Qi Gong Internal Alchemy classes. This option is great for establishing a unified field for courses, events, workshops, and retreats.
3-hour workshop
3-hour workshop option is best for nurturing family and/or community connections as it compliments new and ongoing grassroots initiatives to enhance the well-being of families and communities.
